Built from years of stone experience

Rob Parker’s Best was developed from more than 20 years of experience working with natural stone. Our range has been created to tackle the problems we regularly see affecting patios, paving, floors and other stone surfaces, from everyday weathering and algae through to more challenging stains.

For example, black spot can become embedded within porous paving and requires a different treatment from green algae.

Some stones, such as Kandla Grey Sandstone, can be particularly sensitive to acidic products, so care should be taken when choosing a cleaner or treatment. Using brick acid or an unsuitable acid-based cleaner can cause discolouration or contribute to rust staining. The Product Finder helps identify when these products should be avoided and can recommend a more suitable treatment for the stone, including specialist rust removers where required.
