Rob Parker’s Best products are delivered throughout the UK using a trusted courier network. Delivery time is usually 3-7 business days. Whilst we will always endeavour to achieve delivery within 3-7 days, please accept that delays may occur, and 10 business days must elapse before we can investigate late/lost parcels.
Please note, orders placed over weekends or bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day after the item has been ordered.
For some postcodes we need to make additional arrangements for delivery in order to comply with H&S restrictions for carriage. This incurs extra cost. Please contact us for P & P rates to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands.
Delivery Policy and Liability
We aim to ensure that all deliveries are handled efficiently and reach our customers as expected. However, once an order has been delivered to the provided address and confirmed by our logistics partners, including photographic proof where available, we cannot accept liability for any lost or stolen items.
In cases where delivery has been confirmed to the correct address, any further concerns regarding the security of the delivery must be taken up with the customer’s local delivery provider or authorities.
